Meet the Staff

'The best part of my job is helping people.'  Matthew is an incredibly skilled technician.  His ability to assist our Optometry staff and patients is very valuable to our office.  Matthew has over 27 years of experience assisting Optometrists, working in Optical and Office Management. 

'I want to put the patient at ease and help them to navigate the check in/out process seemlessly.' Amber is a skilled office technician with over 12 years of experience in the Optical industry.  Amber has a vast knowledge about insurance and the complexities of follow up care for our medical patients.  

Lori has been in the optical industry for over ten years. She enjoys most working with patients and getting to know them so she can exceed their expectations. Her favorite part of her job is styling the patient in the perfect frame that looks great but also fits, then taking the time to discuss the lens that works best for their visual needs. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, walks along the river, and exploring the local environment with her husband, three children, and new granddaughter.

Michael has 3 years of experience working in the Ophthalmology/Optometry field. In his spare time, he loves playing basketball, traveling and exploring Idaho.

Emily has been working in the Optometry/Ophthalmology field for a total of 10+ years. She has experience as a technician and has enjoyed being an Optician for the last 3+ years. Emily grew up in the PNW and loves doing anything outdoors. She loves all animals and reading in her spare time. She has a strong passion in helping patients find the right frame and lens style that will work best for them.

Kandi has over 10 years of optical experience. She loves working with patients and to help them have a seamless experience. In her free time she enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her dog.

She has experience in many areas of the office; from insurance to scheduling to being a technician and an optician.Tamra was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves animals and flowers!
